For the fifth consecutive year, L'Oréal Group has been recognized by the Bloomberg Gender-Equality Index 2022 for having successfully created an inclusive and equal work environment. This benchmark index measures gender equality through five pillars: female leadership and talent pipeline, salary equality and parity between men and women, inclusive culture and policies against sexual harassment, as well as pro-women branding.
