To enable some features that are still in BETA, go to your portal, at the top right, click on Product Updates and then enable betas for your portal. beta-hubspot Creating user-based workflows It is now possible to create user-based workflows. This will allow you in particular to facilitate and automate your internal processes: sending notification to your users add them to a Google Spreadsheet when they meet certain criteria Enroll users who have not synced their calendar to Hubspot etc AI Assistant to Create Workflow Actions: Marketing Hub Now you can create workflows with the AI Assistant! Storing Sensitive Data in HubSpot's Intelligent CRM It is finally possible to store “sensitive data” in the CRM.
In Enterprise, you can create custom properties that store sensitive information, and you can restrict user access to these properties using field permissions. NB/ This is in public beta so don't hesitate to sign up if you want to test this feature. New Support Center Workspace: Service Hub This is the new Support Center workspace. Available to all PRO and ENTERPRISE Service Hub users, the new centralized workspace brings together all tickets and conversations. It enables your customer service team to receive, sort, troubleshoot and resolve customer requests much more efficiently. Among the features are real-time updates, synchronization of all information in this dedicated space and the ability to connect many different channels: your live chat, your email address, your Facebook Messenger channel, WhatsApp and so on. Thanks to the AI assistant, you will be able to generate responses to your tickets, summarize conversations (useful for not going back up the entire thread...) Let's add two features that are only available with the Service Hub Enterprise subscription: the configuration of advanced service level agreements (SLAs) and the ability to escalate tickets based on skills.
